What happens when we experience "failures" in our work as therapists or consultants? If we take them only personally, they are just painful; when we shift to a systems perspective, we can learn about ourselves and our professional contexts.

We will explore our failures together and find out what happens when we shift from seeing them from a person-centered to a systems-centered lens. We will also explore the opportunities that failures provide us - including the opportunity for repairs.
