Who:
Any member interested in sharing experiences of applying SCT in organizations. You are welcome to join any or all gatherings.
Goals:
* Establish a supportive community of practice for SCT members applying SCT in organizations
* Practice applying SCT in OD contexts using the person-as-a-system map
* Share and exchange ideas and experiences
* Contribute to the body of knowledge in applying SCT in organizations
* Create a safe space and a climate of fun to explore OD issues
How We Will Work:
* Using Functional Subgrouping
* Small group work
* Case consultation
