Rowena Davis MSc rdavis@rdaconsulting.net
Rowena is an organisational consultant working with private, public and not-for-profit organisations internationally, coaching individuals and teams, and facilitating change and leadership development. She runs SCT and SAVI trainings in the US and Europe. She is a licensed Systems-Centered practitioner, a certified SAVI trainer, a Director of SCTUK, Research Director of SCTRI and a member of the SCTRI Board.

Erika Ekedal MSc erika.ekedal@gmail.com
Erika is a certified psychologist working as consultant, trainer, coach and counsellor, with individuals, groups and organisations. She has arranged several international SCT workshops, including the first European OD Conference, and has taught Leadership and Organizational Development at the Karolinska Institutet in Sweden. Erika has been a licensed Systems-Centered Practitioner since 2007, is a member of SCTRI, leads regular SCT training groups and workshops in Sweden and is a founding member and former long-time chair of the Swedish SCT Association.

Ray Haddock MBChB, M.MedSc, FRCPsych rayhad@doctors.org.uk
Ray is a licensed Systems-Centered practitioner, a Director of SCTUK, a member of the Board of the International Association of Group Psychotherapy and of the Institute of Group Analysis. He spent many years as a medical psychotherapist in the NHS as a therapist and training psychiatrists in therapeutic skills. As a Systems-Centered practitioner and trainer he undertakes training, consultation, personal development, mentoring and therapy in the UK and internationally.

Juliet Koprowska MSW, CQSW, DipHE Couns juliet.koprowska@york.ac.uk
Juliet is a licensed Systems-Centered practitioner with extensive training in Yvonne Agazarian’s Theory of Living Human Systems and its Systems-Centered practice. She is a Director of SCTUK and Chair of GAPS (promoting psychodynamic, systemic and relationship-based social work). Formerly a Senior Lecturer in Social Work at the University of York, she now works independently, leads systems-centered groups in the UK and the US and offers individual and group mentoring. She is the author of "Communication and Interpersonal Skills in Social Work," published by Sage, 6th edition 2024.

Annie MacIver MA annie.maciver2@icloud.com
Annie is an organisational consultant, trainer, and coach working in the public and private sectors. She has applied SCT to build effective teams and partnerships as a senior leader in large public sector organisations. She is a licensed Systems-Centered practitioner, a Director of SCTUK and a member of the SCTRI Board. She has an MA in Consultation and the Organisation and is a qualified Social Worker.

Lotte Paans MSc lottegoudjepaans@gmail.com
Lotte runs a private practice for therapy and (team)coaching in the Netherlands. She counsels individuals, couples and teams, provides training and supervision for (team)coaches and consultants and manages change in organizations using SCT. She leads several ongoing SCT groups in the Netherlands and at SCT conferences. Lotte is a licensed SCT Practitioner, a founding member and Chair of the Dutch SCT-NL Board and member of SCTRI in the USA.
