Who:
Any member interested in sharing experiences of applying SCT in organizations. If you can commit to all 4 sessions that will help build our system. If you cannot, come to those you can make.

Goals:
* Establish a supportive community of practice for SCT members applying SCT in organizations
* Practice applying SCT in OD contexts
* Share and exchange ideas and experiences
* Contribute to the body of knowledge in applying SCT in organizations
* Create a climate where we can have some fun exploring and learning together

How We Will Work:
* Using Functional Subgrouping
* Small group work
* Case consultation

When:
Mar 11, May 29, Oct 9, Dec 4
Each group will meet for 90 minutes starting at 11:00am ET
