Two SAVI Workshops led by Rowena Davis & Annika Hall

SAVI is a practical, theory-based tool created by Agazarian & Simon for mapping and having more productive and satisfying conversations at work and in our personal lives.

Introductory SAVI Workshop
June 6 and 7
Come & learn the nuts & bolts of SAVI & practise having more productive & satisfying conversations

In this two-day Introductory Workshop, open to all, we will:
• Explore through the SAVI lens why some conversations flow & others get stuck
• Discover ways to reduce ‘noise’ so more information gets heard & problems are solved more easily
• Try out new verbal behaviours to increase energy & satisfaction at work & in life
• Build an exploratory, collaborative learning climate & have fun

Putting SAVI to Work: Applications Practicum
June 8 and 9
Work with others to develop your skills in bringing SAVI into work & life, using it to see & understand how what we say impacts on our ability to live & work together.

Open to those who have done the two-day Introductory SAVI Workshop.

This two-day practicum will work with the specific application questions participants bring, with the goal of integrating SAVI understanding & skills into real-life contexts like using SAVI:
• To guide more productive conversations at work & at home
• As a lens on therapeutic work
• To assess the dynamics & phase of development of a system (e.g. a person, couple, family, team, organisation)
